Because we know that every school has a different dress code for these events, we offer a wide variety of looks for this very special time in a girl’s life.

A L' Amour has spent a great deal of time and substantial research finding beautiful selections appropriate in style and fit for girls finishing 8th grade.

We are aware that there is a need for beautiful dresses for all of the events scheduled for late spring--graduation, dances, school performances, and May Day.

We also know that the girls do not want to look like "little kids". Selections found at childrens shops are too young, and those found at social occasion shops are too old.

The"inbetween" nitch is the area that A L'Amour is attempting to fill. It is not easy because many of the designers and manufacturers have skipped this area as well.

A L'Amour has a selection of Tween styles in both Preteen and Junior sizes. We have a limited selection of dresses since this is the kick-off year for this special area.
